UNEARTH Program
Five short sessions on an expedition: notice a feeling, move your attention, find a rhythm, recall a good day, and make a song.

What's included
- The five current UNEARTH sessions from the Luxhare demo
- The Dig, The Stack, The Drum, The Specimen, and The Relief
- Original excavation artwork, music, and playable session mechanics
- A shared Field Notebook stored in your browser
- No setup or hardware required; simulated signals are labeled in the sessions
How it works
Enter the expedition site and choose a session. Each uses an archaeological activity to structure a different practice, from naming a feeling to reconstructing a memory or arranging a song. Completed sessions can be kept in the shared Field Notebook. This browser preview preserves the original introduction and uses the original app's built-in offline mode for prompts and memory artwork.
- Reflective exercises provide a structure for noticing and naming feelings
- Sound and rhythm activities are designed to exercise attention
- Memory reconstruction and music creation support recall and engagement
