Module
The Stack
Settle, follow a sound, and practise moving your attention on purpose.

Features
- A gentle 30-second eyes-open settling phase
- Selectable sound cues for resting and shifting attention
- A widening attention view before returning to the day
- A closing reflection saved in the Field Notebook
- Brainwave readings are clearly labeled as simulated in this browser demo
How it works
Begin with a quiet settling period. Rest attention on one sound, move it to another, and practise holding a wider view. Bring a thought or concern back into view at the end and record how you feel. The original prototype's simulated signal guides the animation; no headset is required.
- Following a chosen sound is designed to exercise sustained attention
- Moving between sounds exercises switching attention
- Noticing and bringing attention back keeps the practice low-pressure
